I would think sticking with your factions server is a good idea until you think you have enough players and money to have a hub, so you can add an RPG server. This is because the players that currently play on your server like to play factions, and suddenly removing factions can drop your player count from which you started building from.

You could theoretically, completely reset your server and stick to RPG, but you get to decide! Good luck!
