Need some builders for a "job"

What I need​

Hello. I am in need of some builders for a "job". I just need a small team 3-5 people and it doesn't need to be a build team. It can be individual people that eventually adds up to at least 3. We mostly need 1 transformer and fantasy builders. I am a builder btw.

What we are going to do​

We are going to make a build (100x100-150x150) for Mineplex. On the website you can submit a build and that's exactly what I plan to do. This build is for the mini-game Wizards. I am sorry but this is not a paid job but, you will get credit for the making of this build. When you submit it, it says "Author(s):". I will the name of everyone who helps. First of all, why would they include you?
Theyre not getting paid and youll be their manager for free... Anyway you do know they can just make on by them selves and post it, without your help? Sorry but I just stating the truth...
