Need some help with RM marketplacen in xenforo

Hi, does anyone know how to configure RM marketplace xenforo?

I just cannot enable the paypal payment option for users all I can do is use the default external purchase option from the resource manager and yes I had set the api credentials in the config file.

I am talking bout this any help appreciated!
