Need Someone to add a feature into a plugin called GamePoints

We are looking for someone who can take the source code of Gamepoints (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/gamepoints-custom-coins-points-plugin-1-16-1-18.84121/) and add a feature to the built in store GUI. We are making a currency that allows you to purchase in game rankups without spending real money (F2P features). However my configurator has ran into a problem when creating the guis. He is unable to set prerequisite or requirements to purchase said rankup. It's a rankup option so I need to be able to set requirements so that they can't just buy a higher rankup. I can't do that with Gamepoints built in gui so I need it where when the select the option in the shop it opens another gui made through deluxemenus where I am able to set the requirements.

So What I exactly need is the possibility to execute a command when you click and item in the shop main config
