Need someone to apply a patch to 1.8.8 that created in 1.11.2.

Hi, i had a huge hopper lag issue recently. When i make a research i found that problem happens to everyone. I found that issue and wrote my experience to there. Then md_5 made a patch to fix that issue but this patch is made to latest spigot. Im still using PaperSpigot 1.8.8 for some reasons.

So im looking a dev to apply this patch to PaperSpigot 1.8.8 Final version. I don't know how much it hard but i guess it can be done within 1-2 hours.

That patch applied with 1.8.3 version. You can revert it in 1.8.8.
