Need someone to assist in creating Minecraft server through cloud instance (similar to AWS, DigitalOcean etc)

Hi,

I've recently redownloaded Minecraft and have been having a blast pvping with friends, and recently I decided to try running a server again.
However due to the location in the world me and my friends are from (eastern Australia, east Asia, and east Russia) only one server location offered by a specific company works well for all of us, which is Guam (a US territory situated in Northern Oceania, east of the Philippines). The provider has been great but they are intended to be used by system admins who already know their way around deploying cloud instances, managing VMs, and have previous experience with other cloud platforms such as Amazon AWS or digitalocean.

So basically, in order to set the server up and get started, I'd like to hire someone who has experience with managing VMs or using similar cloud instances in the past to help me set it up. Ideally you'd just need to teach me or help me to install the minecraft server on the instance, and how to manage all the files and perform all the functions I could normally perform with a Multicraft panel. Shouldn't be too hard if you have past experience with VM management but unfortunately I don't.

Willing to pay $20 for this (if it doesn't take too long - I imagine it would be half an hour of work at max, but I'd be happy to pay more IF it takes much longer than I thought it would).
