Need someone to configure a few small tasks! $20

I need the following done:
• Prefix for a new group in luck perms called "recruiter" and i want it the same formatting and colors as my other groups.
• Just like /spawn i would like a command that takes us to our server town, by doing /town
• The disposal thing - where you type /trash (or something) and it brings up a gui menu and players can get rid of items that way
• Fix our npc that shows "dynmap" when we click on it, it doesnt actually take us to the dynmap link

Extra:
Creating more quizes, scramble words, crafting races for the plugin chat brawl. instead of the couple that come with it. (I would pay $10 extra for this)
