Need someone to fix DeluxeMenus upgrade menu

Not willing to pay much as this is a simple task for people who know how to use DeluxeMenus well. I'm creating a rankup menu that makes you have to obtain all previous upgrades in order to purchase the next one. I'm doing this using permissions, but can't seem to get around it. Lemme know if you can deal with this one. Again, because this is a fix and not a start from scratch I am not willing to pay a large sum.
