Slowness mostly happens when loading threads/replying 7s+ loading times

Replying to threads seems to be the worst, have mutiple users reporting those issues.

Very long compared to sites like https://feedback.techsco.de/ which is using the same software, I have no clue what I can change to increase the speed. The reason for me asking someone who may know.
