Need someone to fix this glitch. ASAP

I'm looking for someone that can fix a glitch that I have.
When players do /play factions, they get this error:

Everything is configured well. I have no idea what this is causing.

Lol bud if people are getting that error then the server is either offline or your bungee is misconfigured there is no saying no to that fact! Bungee servers don’t just glitch like that.... it’s not a glitch it’s a bug

I sent the players with /send, that worked fine, but they got that message when trying to join using /server, so no, apparently they do, and this isn't the first case of it happening if you do your research

I'd try re-installing bungee, and re-configuring it.
