Need someone to fix Votifier {PAID}

Alright so,

I've been trying for over 20 hours (of work time, not just sitting around doing nothing) to fix votifier! For some reason it just does not wanna work. I am willing to pay someone to fix it for me. Depending on how hard the issue was it will be around 5-15$.
