Need someone to help setup a server shop

Hello McMarket,
Today I am in need of someone for free,to quickly come onto my server and help me setup the signs for my server,or on the other hand,you could tell me what plugin I should use and its requirements I want a plugin that doesn't need to be attached to a chest and works something around the lines of

Steak
$100

I know this is the signshop format but I can't seem to get it to work and it looks as if it needs chests

I am pretty sure it is one of the two. And, why not try a GUI Shop plugin?
