Need someone to help setup faction zones.

Hello!

I am looking for someone to assist me on making the safe zone, war zone for my server.
Im not sure why I can't do it, but it's annoying me so Im asking someone else to do it.
It's complex as the spawn is on multiple levels, and the war zone is on one of those levels.
I'm willing to pay someone $5 to do this for me.
