need someone to just tell me the basics about getting a server

Hey there, if you wanna create your own server, I've got few things to tell although these are just my perspective when it comes to creating your own server.
First off, consider what's not in the market, you do not want to compete with the same gamemode knowing that some servers are already popular with it, atleast come up with something unique or which is not that popular in the market and make your own twist of it.
Second, budget well this would play a major role when creating your own server, your hosting etc. especially when you are gonna need some plugins that costs some money as well.
Third, The management and the staff team, this is also an essential part of having a server without a great management you would just ended up crashing like other servers.
I know this isn't connected with the "HCF Servers" although I do believe these are helpful information,

HCF Gamemode is quite dead around these days, unless you got something unique on your sleeve.

ye hcf is pretty dead but idk what else to make my server about and all the ideas I can think of have already been created so idk ;/ I do have one Idea though but its pretty much paintball which is pretty dead
You could do researching on what gamemode is popular in this era of minecraft community, and if you do find so what kind of gamemode is in-demand in the market try putting a twist or something unique on it in order to have a decent goal to be successful.
