Need someone to make custom enchants ($15 budget :p)

As the title says. It's not that big, just a few custom enchants I need and a simple gui. All it does it give you a random enchant scroll that you can use on armor/weapons. Please don't go on here to be like, "LOLOLOL YOU WON'T GET SHIT FOR FIFTEEN BUCKS HAHAHAHA". Thanks, reply if you're interested.

Try contacting a skript developer, I would however I am currently too busy.
Skript developers usually do things cheap because it's easier compared to java.
