Need someone to make my server prettier!

I had someone do this to my server and paid them for it, but the server has been updated to 1.18 and all the changes they made are gone. ive tried contacting them to have them do it again but no response. So looking for someone to make this. (see screenshots) on the welcome screen, instead of those weird symbols, they were hearts. The second screenshot is our tab in game. I would also like someone to add groups - owner, mod, and then members (default) in game. Owner tag being in bright pink, mod being in light blue and members being in yellow. I will pay $20. Thank you!
