Need someone to remake this button for the web

Hello! I have a stylized web app I want to make but I'm struggling to get this button coded exactly the same. I am hoping for someone to help. I have given examples of what it looks like below:

Requirements:

• Be resizeable so works in long format and in square, depending on the dimensions I give
• The button press and borders look the exact same
• Be able to put in an image in as well.
