Just wondering if someone could send me £3.50 on paypal if I send you £3.50 via card or something, ill explain it on discord

7. - If something I sell you is pulled back, I will offer you a maximum of a 80% refund, however we can negotiate.

Once work has started I will charge more if you request any additional features.
9. It's down to my discretion whether I offer refunds.
