Need someone to set Permissions EX Up for my MC server (free)

Hello,

Today we need someone to set up PEX for our OP prison server. This person must work for free and live in the United States,Canada or UK if you live in a place like Australia we do not want you. This is because of Timezone differences and when people in Australia are awake we are usually asleep. You also must meet these requirements to help

1.Age must be 13+
We are looking for people of the age 13+ because people under the age of 12+ seem to be lesProf oil so and get upset quite easily.However, here can be exceptions on how you behave on the server and how many warnings, mutes, etc you have.The less you have the more likely you are to have an exception be made.However we expect maturity at all times.
2.Must have a working microphone
We require a microphone because there are going to be times when we have staff meetings and you're going to have to participate.
3.Skype
We will be using Skype for most staff meetings and will be talking for at least a half an hour during those meetings.

4.Discord

This is required in case something is wrong with Skype. Then we can still talk in chat and along with the players

5.Being available during those meetings.

This is key because we will be having meetings when all staff should be able to participate. If we announce the meeting and you can not attend please contact a manager or an Owner
6.Must be able to work for free
Currently you must be able to work for free or for buycraft store vouchers
This is because we currently only have funds to pay for the server however, if we do get enough donations we will start paying developers and maybe builders.

OK 1. I didn't ask for your opinions so please keep them to your self.
2. I am allowed to have requirements as if I don't people will be super immature

Just use Bryce's excellent PEXBuilder application! It's so easy, a caveman could do it.

Yeah, but it dosent pull ALL the permissions from a plugin like essentials.

It's because some developers don't list all the permissions in the internal plugin.yml, so in those cases, you can look up the permissions here and add the permissions you want manually. PEXBuilder supports doing that easily.

I know, but I don't have internet most of the time, I only get it if I work 6+ hours a day on house work and gotta go too bed at 8. I know all the essentials permissions from setups but still.
