Just some advice, not tryna hate or anything but doubt anyone will want to work for server earnings as they are never guaranteed
wouldn't reccommend doing his stuff because he is very impatient, i did most of his plugins and taught him some things but while i was fixing his shop to crafting dead, he banned me

I won't say anything about the "paid depending on server earnings", as most people understand you could take their work and run (see above). But also, you may have more of a chance of getting people in the recruitment sections.
