I just need an admin.php that allows me to submit a new bootstrap card to my site
rather than adding it manually

Lmk if anyone can do this
paying like 5-10 bucks since well it isnt anything big

I need this ASAP

Legit need a form that I submit in the admin.php
then once submitted it goes to my index page
