Experience?: I have been mod 2 times and admin 1 time. I ended up leaving mostly because of the owner, they were not exactly the best owner ever.
Why are you better than others: Well I wouldnt say im better then others, I might have more skills in admin like situations but as a person I am not any better then them. Over the years i have gained a lot of experience from doing jobs on servers and I am pretty good at it now.

What do you say when your friends asks for staff?: Tell them that its not my position to give them that, and even if I could I wouldnt.
What do you do when someone hacks but is a donor?: I would give them the same punishment as any other player. I might talk to the owner about it but just because they donated doesn't mean they can defy server rules.
What do you do when a staff member is abusing their power?: I would get evidence of it and post a forum or message the owner about it.
Anything else(boosts chance of acceptance): I can record on this server, I have the equipment (Besides a mic at the moment) for recording.

Experience?: I have developed multiple servers in the past. I have Owned multiple servers in the past also. Recently a server that I was staff on (HCFZone) Went down due to one of our Developers. He betrayed, and tried to screw us over. I was a Senior Admin.
Why are you better than others: Because I have experience. I am not one of the people that apply, but then don't know how to do one thing. I understand my job, I like to have fun, But I am mature when I need to be.

What do you say when your friends asks for staff?: I tell them that they need to apply on the forums.
What do you do when someone hacks but is a donor?: I punish them according to what they did. It doesn't make them any more special than any other player. They would still be banned.
What do you do when a staff member is abusing their power?: I would gather proof, and Tell the Manager/Owners.
