Need Staff for new Factions server!

Can you give a bit more information, such as what kind of features this server will have? What will you be required to do if you are staff. What positions of staff are there that you are able to get and are any of them paid?

Past experiences: I was primarily used as a builder or Developer on servers that I enjoyed playing on. After becoming friends with the some of the staff, they would generally be glad to work with me.
What makes you stand out from other applicants? I am much more mature. I have been going to boarding schools since a young age to get the best education that my parents could give me. This has definitely helped me mature. With this comes understanding cultured and languages.

Past experiences: I have been administrator, moderator, and help on various servers which I have no proof, but I was co-owner on a server called PneumaticCraft about a year or 2 ago, the owner was Atchbo. I setup everything on the server from changing the .jar to Spigot to setting up the entire permissions file. It was a learning experience for me as my first management position, I hired all of the staff and trained them, then the owner randomly fired all of us because he thought we were trying to get him fired somehow. Those staff then came with me to the server I owned originally called Craft-Nations, I then renamed it to MercuryPvP. That server was in existence for about a year and I learned a lot from it. It was mildly sucessful, but when I started it I made a couple of mistakes that cost me it not being successful. I didn't advertise and I didn't make it bungeecord even though I had enough money.
What makes you stand out from other applicants? See below question. Basically my skillset.
Why should we choose you? You should chose me for a lot of reasons. I know a lot of plugins and how they work, how to configure them, and how to setup permissions and groups for them with PEX or bPermissions. I can also easily learn and other permissions plugin. I am very good with staff management and how to accept the right people and all the staff I have say I am great. I also know how to management internal affairs with staff and I have a lot of great ideas on how to manage them and manage the ranks. I am also very friendly so the players will love me and I will love them, in real life I am very smart as I make Maximum Honors every term and get top grades, my GPA is one of the highest in my school. I am a very fast learner, if you wanted me to learn something I could do it quickly and will use it to my advantage, I am very knowledgeable in servers so I can fix a lot of problems and easily troubleshoot it if I don't know it off the top of my head. This may seem not very important, but it is, I am a very fast typer with 55 WPM and 90% accuracy or more, this can be useful in answering player's questions so they don't get impatient and used to immediately clear chat if there is an advertiser. I know how to setup bungeecord and enjin websites, the websites I have made have been called some of the best looking Enjin websites, the only thing I cannot do is the theme, I can make everything look awesome and custom even though it isn't custom. I am also very professional, I will handle things perfectly and professionally and I can make things look more professional and make this server seem like it is run by adults.
