Hello users of Mc-Market.

Me and two of my mates have come together to work on a brand new comepetive factions server that will be similar to Gontroller, OpticCraft, and servers as such.

We are in desperate need of staff members - seeing as it's only us 3 and a developer.

We do not yet have a name for this server and it won't be up for atleast 2/3 weeks or so, but we have a great funding pool and have some exciting ideas for the server.

Some of you may even see some big gontroller factions playing Map 1.

What would I gain by abusing? What would I gain by fame? Absolutely nothing. Just possible humiliation or a horrible reputation within the community.
What makes you different from other applicants?: I am a person who is dedicated to their job and does whatever it takes to get it done. I don't joke around when things are serious, or when it comes to staff/the server. Though I am a nice guy, sometimes funny (I am odd at times), I can be serious and strict.
About you?: I am a 15 year old avid gamer who likes to play games for a hobby, but I do like playing sports such as football and basketball on my spare time. I currently attend high school and like being around friends (I am also an AP student, but I don't think that would mean much in an application).

Manager/Administrator Application:

Position Applying for (Manager or Administrator): I am primarily applying for a position as an Administrator, however, if required I can step in as a Manager.

Experience:
Unfortunately, I have held staff positions on a large amount of servers. However, the amount of experience which I've accumulated throughout my time on these servers is important.

I am currently an Administrator on CurseMC. CurseMC is a factions server with a player base of between twenty and sixty player's. As an Administrator, I am required to deal with all staff and player relations, create server and staff rules and guidelines, manage ban appeals and reports, manage the staff roster.

I've also owned a majority of small servers throughout my time on Minecraft. My most successful server was ArkanumCraft. Arkanum was based around factions and didn't have a very big player base. However; as I was Owner, I was required to do a lot. I was essentially in charge of managing the small, but loyal, staff roster and player base. I had to purchase and configure lots of plugins, handle any issues that players may have and write staff and server guides for the server.

My first real staffing experience was on the Orion Network. The Orion Network had a player base sized between small and medium. Regardless of the fact that I was not as dedicated towards staffing whilst holding a position on this server as I am now, I do believe that I worked quite well with my position. I started off as a Helper and quickly found myself rising higher through the rank system. I was quickly promoted to Pre-Mod before resigning once I reached the Mod rank. As a Moderator, I was required to regularly browse forums and respond to ban reports, ban appeals and embrace the community.

To summarize my experience up; I believe that I have accumulated many staff-like traits from both managing and moderating servers. These traits include; Leader-like acts both on forums and in-game, being able to maintain a positive attitude in negative situations, and as well as knowing when things go too far, etc.

Now, regarding moderating in chat, I can essentially handle myself in all situations, whether a question is being asked such as "How do I file a ban report" or "What's the world border". Most of these general questions have an easily understandable answer, which I am here to give in chat. Due to having the amount of experience that I have, if chat is going out of control, I find it relatively easily to pinpoint the 'trouble-maker', and by following server procedure I can then temporarily take them out of the scene, then find the followers of the actions.

My mood towards players also gives me an edge in many different situations, as I don't favour anyone. I may talk what could be considered 'friendly' to some people in chat, however, there is a difference between favouring and being friendly, I do have the difference clear in my mind. My behaviour is excellent, considering I am not afraid to give out punishments, which in the past has stopped a fair amount of players from testing me. Having these opportunities has taught me how to moderate the chat, identify players using hacked clients, screen sharing players, as well as management of staff members. Due to my experience, I also have a fairly good insight on who to choose as potential staff applicants. If there any issues or reports filed on certain staff members, I can then review the circumstances and punish the member accordingly.

Expected Wage:
Taking into consideration the amount of time I can be on per week, the experience which I bring with this position, the professionality, and the dedication, I believe that between $20 and $30 per week sounds fair. However, I am open to negotiation.

I believe that I would be a great addition to your staff team as I am very active, I will be one hundred percent dedicated to your server and will help your server grow as much as I can! I can dedicate between two and five hours on standard weekdays and upwards of six hours on the weekends on this server! Experience:
I do have past experience as a staff member. My first staff experience was on a server called Opcraft, which is a large factions server. I was a mod on this server for about 2 months before I resigned to focus more on my studies because I had finals coming up. Even after my finals I was not interested in returning to Opcraft, as I do not feel as if the community over there is mature. This server taught me a lot still even though I could not finish it how I wanted I still learned so much! I learned tons of the essential commands and also it helped me work on how active I can be in the communtiy.

My second staff experience is on a server called MCGamer. MCGamer is also a larger server known for its Survival Games gamemode. I was a staff member on this network for 5 months. I left the staff team in January. But, it still taught me how to have patience with people because it was a big server and everyone always needed help. I always helped as many people that needed it but it was still a very difficult job! It also helped me work on my tolerance for stress and frustration! I don't stress out when I am put in a tough spot nor do I get frustrated either.

My third staff experience was on a server called TheArchon. Archon is a faction based server with a hand full of difrrent factions server it is a really large network about 1500 player on daily. I was staff for 6 months. I had to quit the server for Family issues i really do not want to go in to. My job on the server was to watch out for chat abusers and help people on the forums i would be on daily.

I believe my presence will benefit the server in a lot of ways. I communicate easily and in a meaningful and confident manner. I am reliable, dependable, responsible and would dedicate time to the server when possible to fulfil a position as a staff member. I think I would get along with both staff and players easily and would try my very best to help out at all times. I am respectful to others around me and to those in higher positions to me. I also have a part time job, which has helped my skills of teamwork and working in an environment as a staff member. I am also a great listener and can be trusted to help look after your server . I understand that moderators cannot always be available and can't monitor every word and action but i will try to be on all the time. I also believe that my past experience would be an added benefit to the server.

I believe i am mature enough for the job because I am very confident and willing to help anyone with whatever it takes on the server and on the forums. I love communicating with people so that is never a worry. Also, all the servers that I have been in have helped me build up my patience and maturity around people and I am very grateful to have had that chance.

Patience is quite a strong attribute for me. I am used to dealing with people older and younger than me and I am not easy to make angry. I have a very long fuse and always go out of my way to help even if this person is rude or ignorant. Of course if the person was continuously insulting me I may get a bit angry, but I would never let him/her distract me from my job.

Abuse is something I feel strongly about. I would never even think to abuse my powers as a donator helper or any rank. I know what it is like for your staff to disrespect the server and it's members and I would never cross these paths. Although there is people out there that would take advantage of their powers, but I am not one of those people. I will always take pride in my rank and would always respect the responsibility and commands that came with the rank.

I also would benefit not only the staff team, but the community as a whole by being able to efficiently record and ban player that are violating the rules of the server to make the community a better place to play without having cheating players get an overwhelming advantage against them.

I seek to gain it helping get a server bigger and Helping it for it greeter future To make it better.

What makes you different from other applicants?:
I have a vast experience in moderating and administrating and have a great knowledge of plugins and taking charge. I am almost never immature and can be fun at times, but then be strict at others. I am not too sensitive so the odd remark does not get under my skin. I am friends with almost anyone I talk too and I am easy to get along with. I would never abuse my powers and will always do right by my rank. I know the competition is stiff, and I hope that you would consider me.

I believe that you as the staff of the server should choose me for multiple reasons, but I will start with the most obvious of my 2 points I will bring up in this paragraph. When I was staff on this server its player base was consistently at 600-700 players, I have good experience with mass numbers of players on a server and listening to what suggestions they have and what problems they need solved. I learned a lot from this server and its faculty. The owner Ryan, taught me how to deal with issues and bugs and what the overall player base wanted. It was chaotic for me at first, I developed ways to stay calm and to keep a positive attitude throughout all of the ups and downs. I know how to deal with problems and issues that people have, I am consistent in my work and never get flustered. I was on this staff team for around a year but had to resign because to focus on my school work, it was a very hard and dedicated position but I enjoyed every minute of it.

I was also staff on a server called ParkMC, this is a survival games server that had a player base of around 150-200 when I was there. This introduced me into a new game mode that was interesting to learn about and I gained a vast amount of knowledge from this as well. This is a fast paced game mode so when things went wrong I learned to act fast and figure things out right away. This community was different from my old one, players were a bit more pushy in a way so it opened me up to what different communities are like. I definitely learned from being apart of the team on this server and it will benefit me in the long run.

Yes, I use the software action to record and I get around 60 FPS, Every time I go to make a ban or screen-share I will record my evidence.

Yes, I am always on teamspeak, I have a good mic and can communicate really well. I also have a telegram that I check frequently.

Reasons you should be accepted?: I think that I should be accepted because I feel that I can bring a lot to this community, server and staff team. I am a hard at work person and i'm 100 percent dedicated to my duties. I have good experience with this position. and even higher up positions so that is a reason to put into thought. I am a genuine, calm and caring person and listen to what the player base and staff team has to say and offer. I take my job very seriously but also have a sense of humor that can benefit everyone, I am also a non-toxic person.
