My previous experience as an owner
This is my third server. It has been open for a week. It is doing better than my last 2 servers and we are only a week old. Both other servers lasting months. My first server had around 35 avg players online at the end of its time. It shut down because admins quit. My 2nd server had 20 avg players and was open for 2 months. It shut down because I started college and lots of other stressors. This server now has an avg of 30 players only a week into it.
Staff Requirments
You must be 18 years of age and HAVE had past experience moderating a server. You NEED to show proof of moderating and doing a good job for a while. As well as being a well-respected member in the community. I am looking for an admin HOWEVER you will NOT start out as an admin. Rather a helper or mod and work your way up.
Our Priorities
We want to make a survival server loved by those that appreciate the vanilla experience with a multiplayer feel. This means player warps and shops, clans, land claims, and other plugins. I do have helpers and moderators that do well at their job! Helpers make new players feel welcome and answer lots of questions. Moderators seek out the hackers and really bad people to make the community a great place.
We are well established
I have helpers and moderators. Helpers helping new players by welcoming them letting them know important commands and answering any questions both in-game and in discord. Moderators catching the hackers and more experience trouble makers with there more commands and experience. Moderators also have more knowledge and answer the bigger questions players and members may have.
YOUR REQUIRMENTS
Like said above please be 18+ and have past experience. But just so we can communicate a lot please live in America or Canada and speak fluent English. Thank you!

and I am, however, love having fun and I love this community so much. I spend all the time money on the server and improving it. This is why your position is unpaid. If you become admin you would be a config dev and like a really big mod. (lol) Thank you for your interested.
