Making this thread because my survival server is getting a world reset and while im resetting im changing and adding a lot of features. During this process my head admin has kind of lost interest in minecraft as a whole and doesn't play/help much more with the server. (New job, irl stuff)
I currently have a discord with 106 players in General asking when the servers going to be back up and currently im the only one working on it. Realizing now I definitely need another member of staff to help me with a lot of behind the scenes stuff. Configuring plugins. Fixing a plugin that breaks or updating plugins etc etc.
I do have 2 other staff members (both Mods) that primarily work with in game issues and problem solving.
The server over the next couple of months is going to be getting heavily advertised and hopefully see a lot of growth. At this moment I can't pay anyone new when they join the team. But I will certainly be able to in the future. It won't be a full time job and make you thousands but your work will not go unpaid on the server!!
