Need Staff | WyronMC | Factions

About:
WyronMC - A one of a kind factions server, fully customized with
custom website and plugins, it has many feature such as our
/gui which brings a gui and players can control their faction.
On the release date, we are planning to have a drop party
and rank giveaways. We will be future adding Custom Enchants &
Crazy Enchants. Our server presence player base is predicted
to be around 10-20 players

Recruitment:
Our server will be recruiting high experienced staff members,
which are Moderators and helpers, please note: our server
has not opened yet so mind that we do not have much to moderate
as of yet. we do not accept staff hunters, if so suspected
staff hunter we will screenshare their server list.

First off what's a staff Hunter lol and Second off are any of these positions paid positions?

someone who applies for staff on a server but then never returns, also somone who searches up minecraft server need staff and filter it today or last hour. And moderators and helpers are not paid the paid positions like developer and manager aren't open
