Need to improve/change LiteBans & Leaderboards web pages

Looking for someone who can improve LiteBans & Leaderboards web interface, meaning by default they aren't great. Thus, wondering if there is anyone who can do that?

There's a bunch of premade interfaces if you don't want to splash $50 on a web designer.
