Need to talk to a successful server owner

I am in the process of making my 4th server, my first couple I made about 3-4 years ago so I need someone who is familiar with modern day servers. My server is a OP Faction server as I have had mc-op.com sitting around forever. It is practically done but I have some donation perks/balance issues I want to fix. If you currently have or recently ran a successful server please reply or pm me with your skype and server info. I am not stupid and am not asking anyone to walk me through everything I just have some questions to ask and will very much appreciate someone to help me out It would be best if you ran/run a op server or a faction server. My server was dying, going from a 30 players online to 6-12. Right now it has 100+ online 24/7, I was very successful.
