Must be able to record in over 30 fps
No severe punishments in the last 2 months

I see you dont understand how Minehut works, dont worry I'll give a summary.
As its a server hosting, they dont allow you to upload custom files from your PC/MediaFire or anything, they have their own plugins panel on the website to install plugins from there. Skript is 1 of them, and its the only way you can implement code into your minehut server. Thats the reason he is looking for skript instead of java.
