Need upgrade spawner plugin where can I find?

Anyone know where I may find a spawner upgrade plugin for free where you can upgrade your spawner with money you right click a spawner gui pops up and you can upgrade it for money. Once it upgrades every mob that spawns from that spawner has more xp orbs/xp anyone know where I can find this plugin? Please comment down below

Dont really have any money I have a dev but he is still learning and isnt to sure about this plugin. If you could make it for free I could offer you a free rank on my server once its up and going? I really need this plugin bad.
