Need Vanilla KB Spigot with no relog glitch/KB advantage

Title says it all.

I just need a Spigot where the knockback is vanilla but the relog glitch is fixed.

Willing to pay money.

I don't want to use plugins to remove the glitch. Just want a vanilla spigot where there is not glitch.
