Need Vector Hand Drawn Art (Budget is $50 USD)

It should be a very neat vector logo. This may be used for a t-shirt design so it needs to be very clean. I want a jacked arm with the hand holding the words as if you were holding a hamburger or a sandwich. It should say "The Elite Armos" in the colors red, blue, orange for the text from top to bottom (words shouldn't be side by side).

$50 for a commercial rights agreement is a bit low.... For personal use would be fine though

If I pay for something to be made for me, k expect all rights to it. So it shouldn't matter what I use it for.

Well, expectations do not grant permissions to sell another art and profit from it..... That is why if the artist sells you a commercial agreement, he is allowing you to do so with their permission and usually expect a small commission each sale to keep your cost down or a large upfront cost for the commercial licenses. Also, you will never have full rights to anything you don't create, only agreed on permission or allowance which can be revoked or voided at any time that creator deems so.

No, because that is personal use. They're not selling the icon art piece in their shop, right? But when you put it on a T-Shirt you will be selling the art piece. See the difference?
