I'm working on a server map and I need a small custom plugin: I want to place a lever, and when you interact with it it doesn't move, it only shows red/yellow particles (like if you're forcing it) and it outputs to the player 'This lever seems to be broken.' It would be nice if I could change the message in the config file (in case I want to edit the color). My budget doesn't allow me to pay for it, because I still need a lot of other (bigger) plugins to be made which probably won't be free. I hope it can be finished within this week.
