Heyo, my name is kris.. No... I'm sure my name isn't "TheDragonKittens".... Silly you...

Anyway, i am making a minecraft NETWORK named "VertNetwork" or "VertNet" for short-ish..
This network will be made purely out of "Skript" and a little "Java"
I need a little help, i can only go so far by my self
This server is already 10% complete by me. It's almost ALL custom,

Working alone is very stressful....

True, i acknowledge that not a lot of people want to develop for free, how ever i am a developer my self, and this isn't a paid project, this is a project to do with friends and some people, if how ever this server/project becomes huge, i would definitely pay the developer there well deserved amount of money.

I disagree. There are very kind people out there that are willing to help. They probably haven't seen this thread yet or just never signed up on here. Your better off just paying people for proper work. Without a developer being paid there is no insensitive for them to do a fantastic job. If you are serious about starting a server, you need to pay for a developer! Good luck

The reason i am not paying is
1) If the server does not go up at all, i would just be using up money for no reason, i consider this a project more than a launching server, how ever it would greatly make me happy if it was to go up and gain some players and form a community.

2) It's still hard to pay developers, I struggle finding the people who are willing to take on a job properly anyways. I've paid 3 developers in the past... And one has not made anything that has to do with plugins within 3 months... And does not reply anymore after payment...
Second developer keeps making dumb excuses of how his dog died and his gf is breaking up with him.
The third made a really really really crappy parties plugin that has many glitches, the format was terrible, there was no config... And the worst part... He actually said the plugin was fully made

Something tells me i am better off searching for a free developer... Even if they are bad or busy, i'm not spending money for nothing. As i am limited on cash as other people are.
