But i need help for setting up the following for my VPS

FTP/SFTP
Minecraft

Your provider usually emails you credentials for FTP/SFTP, also why would you run a server on a VPS?

It's better if you're going to run a network, but to be honest it's better in general because it allows for more flexibility rather than using an established server hosting.
