I am not even in a bad motivation, or bad behavior to post this. This is what i though were a good customer, but ended up really twisting my mind regarding the good service.

So, some days ago, i requested a Twitter banner, regarding UnholyMC. The twitter banner got constructed by Gavin - See evidence here:

I asked the user "And you are willing to change, if something has to be changed, right?"
User replied, "Yes".

Now, a day or two after, i write back to Gavin:

User states, that he is willing to change the banner, in a little bit, after waiting for a response, which took nearly two hours. The hours of wait-time isn't the issue. But as you see, he agreed to be changing it in a little bit.

Time went by, and i contacted him, as i saw he wasn't even doing anything:

Look at the times. I asked him at 16:27, and asked him again at 19:14.

Time went by again, i contacted him regarding it again. However, as i see in his message, he seem to have forgot editting the banner:

Please focus on the times i wrote to him since the start, and the time now. All i asked him, was to put my server IP in the banner.

User states then here, that he is not allowing multiple changes:

However, since the beginning, he agreed that he would whenever i needed a change on it:

Now, at the end of it all - he says:

Now, i'm asking for your opinions, regarding if i was patience? I waited several hours, for him just putting my server ip inside my Twitter banner, which he already had constructed.

Alright, now my side :
Yes I did agree to editing him his stuff easily, but I am the owner/ceo of this team, I took a small portion of course, and gave to the main designer, I did work on the design with the designer of course, and we did that together.
I will get the designer on to vouch for me as well, that we worked together.
ALSO, I never gave a time I had to do it, he also is intentionally trying to make me mad, by saying that I edit one thing, then I EDIT another like 1 day later..
Not how it works, we have over 20 clients to deal with, for all sections, and I can not keep editing things 1 day at a time.
I said please give me all the things you need edited then I will do them, he said not how it works..
I personally do agree, that I will edit it and stuff, but I personally feel the designer who did the project WITH the PSD file, should be the one editing it, I said wait a little, and I was hoping he would be patient, but he gets mad at me, and so on.
I believe, that there shouldn't be any reasons, as to why he can't wait a little while, as in the agreement, I never gave an amount of time, I had to finish it by, but I did say I will edit it.

I do not get mad at you. First of all, in the thread you agreed to change it whenever it should be changed. And now you say you did not say when? You said in a little bit. Which doesn't mean over a day. Little bit, is hours or minutes. - And can't you post a Server IP inside the twitter banner? If so, why are you the owner of the company?

I just agreed, that I did agree to edit it, but I never gave a time limit, as I didn't you should be a little more patient as well.

You said in a little bit. The defination of a little bit, is hours or minutes. Not over a day.

Waiting several hours just to get some text added to a pre-constructed banner is unreasonable. In addition to then be told that you cannot request multiple changes after agreeing the user agreeing to it just doesn't make any sense whatsoever.

Lastly, a little bit does not mean over a day. When I tell my clients I'll be on in a little bit I usually mean no more than 30 minutes.

I just feel as I shouldn't have to edit things every day..

Then you shouldn't be agreeing to editting things, and afterwards tell them "in a little bit".

Yeah, I agreed because I thought edits, I thought you meant, just a few edits.. In the beginning, but if you will tell me to edit it always, I am not quite sure if I can do this, do you understand?

You agreed to a thing. And you stick to that towards your customer. However, i can straight up tell you, that this is the first edit i've requested from you, and not several.

Yeah.. best to deal with this user in caution.

I contacted Gavin for a design, paid $15.00, the user refunds it out of nowhere, asks me to pay him on his private and on his team's PayPal and then I think he'll refund it so he gets double so I back out.

After all that, he says that he'll leave me a bad rep and chargeback the refund for "having his team start on it" when I am just a cautious buyer not willing to be scammed. Also note that he said that about 5 mins after I paid him.

you paid for the banner before hand then he made it for you and after the work was completed and after you paid him you requested something that was not originally in the deal. and he agreed that he would do it for you but from my point of view there is not an obligation for him to do it but a favor on your part to add some text. I do agree that Gavin should have been more clear regarding the terms after the finished product was delivered but 24hours is not a long time to wait and a small bit of text can't be that important. if you really needed the IP within the hour I'm sure you could have paid Gavin to put it in for you or even paid someone else.

You're wrong on this. Doesn't matter if it was in or after the deal. User agreed, and this is my first request. I asked him to put my server IP in the banner, and website. Nothing else, and they won't get changed. User said in a bit. "in a little bit" doesn't mean a day. We can agree on that. So waiting 24h for "in a little bit" - that's a lot.

I would have waited over a day for the edit. 2-3 hours is not a lot of time if the user is busy.
