I have been involved with many other companies with this role, and I know for a fact I can
prove it well. I'm a good decision maker and I never give up until it's up to my bosses perfection. I am a server owner myself and have been for 2 and a half years now. I know lots of MultiCraft and panels. Me being a server owner, denying and accepting staff applications makes me more qualified as being a Support Team Manager. Another strong suit I have is keeping everything at all times 100% professional with customers and buyers. With other staff on our off time, I have fun but nothing out of control fun. I also love to make people happy and satisfied with things they buy from the company. My motto, never leave a customer un-happy.

This is a strong suit I have. I am always on my computer or phone, meaning I can always be on to help answer tickets, talk to customers, and help buyers with server issues EX ( Bungee, Server Not Starting, Errors ETC) On weekdays I can provide 3-5 hours after school. on weekends, unless I have something to do ( Activity) or family) I have 5-12 hours. Even if I am busy, I am still on my phone most of the time.

I think I have more passion then anyone else who wants a manager position. I never give up until its perfect. My times that I can spend are a huge strong reason why I should be your choice of a manager!. and my professionalism also is a key factor that I can bring to the success of your host!

I expect a newer host to be looking for a very active manager like me. So my payments will be based off what I see the host bring as a revenue. The first month of my service will be 50$ a month! after that, and we get everything setup ( Advertisements, graphics <IF NOT MADE/HAPPENED ALREADY>). After the first month and I see the increased growth it will be pushed to 125$ a month until is see an insane increase of revenue. I know that you will be able to afford my services with my advertising, media and support skills. My services are very cheap, I do not do it for the money, I love providing people with a great host and seeing players turn into server owners! But if I'm going to spend this time with your host I will need payment of course!

READ: I can make you more money and revenue also. I do not know too much geeky things like VPS etc. Server things I know, plugins, errors etc.

5:49AM EST - User request to work with my company manageable.me
At this time, I was asleep. This is also giving him benefit of the doubt considering I was asleep. I own manageable.me and work as a CTO for PebbleHost.

12:04PM EST - A client at PebbleHost reports a issue with their server. At the time, I was not home. The CEO, Aloneee, was also not home at the time. We told him we would deal with this when we could.

Approximately 11:42AM EST - The user drafter goes onto a clients server that is hosted by PebbleHost. He mentions that he has issues with his server. He also boasted another company in the minecraft chat of this client. Here's the chat's of him advertising on another clients server:

Personally, this within it self is not a problem, although, when this becomes a problem is when it becomes a blatant attempt to use a company's existing clients as a platform to exploit and gain customers of your own.

Again, the timestamps were before he requested help in our discord. It's obviously a exploitation of pebblehost. I do not suggest this user.

Dear PebbleHosting.

I am sorry if I have caused any drama within your company. I took my own self into account to take action when I should have left it to the host support team to make a move on the player. I, personally felt that he was not getting the support he deserved but after knowing you only have 3 staff, 2 CEO and Support technician. You have a great host and I am very sorry if I made you upset. It will not happen again because I would like us to all just be friends :D. I hope you accept my apology, if you do not I will understand. Thank you for your comment.
