Needing A 3D Texture Pack Created For A Medieval MMORPG

I am looking for someone to create a Medieval 3D Texture pack Must have effects in the texture pack. I am going to want with the texture pack all sorts of weapons and armours along with other items created. I am creating weapons out of items so for example I will be using Bone meal as a bow/sword. Something like WynnCraft. With Pricing I want a reasonable price estimate for your work you must be honest. If you will cost over 100-150$ please state that in bold.
