Needing a complete custom Classic Prison setup + builds (Custom)

Hi,

I am looking for people who have actually made/worked on classic prisons before.

I need a complete custom setup, optimisation and custom builds, I want it like the old school prisons I can send some examples but I need someone who knows what they are doing because most people don't have a clue how classic prisons work.

This also needs to be actually optimised, all plugins and builds etc because they'll be 150-300 concurrent players

I have a $1,500 - $5,000+ budget and I will not work with non-trusted people.
