Hey guys, I'm looking for a developer that has the time and experience, along with easy methods of contact.

The Reason:
- I'm starting up a server and I'm currently in the stage of developing plugins specifically for key factors that make the server, the server. (If that makes any sense)

The Server:
- Now I won't go to in depth into the server's ideas and what features makes it stand out from the huge crowd, so I'll give a brief summary.
There are two features to the server, intensified Survival as it's own separate gamemode, as well as a mini-game I have in mind. This is where you come in. I don't think you can create custom items like a backpack using proper code without a modpack, correct me if I'm wrong. What I do know is that using Java, developers can make specific effects happen in servers, particularly survival servers. Like sudden weather changes with messages announced, potion effects from hostile and peaceful mobs. (Not entirely sure on this one) What I'm really searching for though, is a solution to the custom items problem without having to use mods, only plugin development. There's a whole lot more to the survival gamemode that I would love to explain about, but unfortunately cannot for the risk of others copying off the server's idea. I'm not looking to pay through solid amounts for this, but if there is a developer out there that believes that this would thrive and eventually branch out and receive donations to keep it alive and help it grow, that please do not hesitate to add my Skype (edward.luo123) to hear about the rest and potentially make all this possible :)

As for the second idea, the mini-game is called "Steal the Bacon." As said before, I'll only be providing a brief summary of the mini-game to get the main concept out. Two teams would spawn onto two separate, but identical locations. Meaning a copy of each setting for each team to set foot on. Here's where the developer comes into play. He/she would need to bring up some sort of automatic command that randomly spawns a pig in a random location on each location. This means 2 pigs in total, one on each location. The goal of the team is to work together, or maybe just work alone (they still can't fight amongst another using PVP because they are in a team) to gather enough resources to do the following:
- Find and safeguard the pig from the other team (hiding, blocking, fortifying, etc.)
- Make weapons and find food
- Using another small plugin, the server will automatically time and display the timer for 3 days and nights for each side to prepare, and when the timer hits 0, then a bridge would appear, joining the two locations together, and providing one goal: kill the other team's pig or players and win.

I have some extras I'd like to add onto the mini-game, but I'm still thinking of other ways to improve the general idea, which is the survival gamemode. If you have any questions or concerns, or even some constrictive criticism, please add me on Skype (edward.luo123) or comment down below.

You should mention payment on the thread
I just realized I didn't go much into the benefits for the developer other than say I would not provide a solid payment, thanks for the tip! I'll be editing this now. :)
