Needing a DEV for my server

basicly in the title I own a newtwork called phoenixnetwork but recently lost my devs due to school e.c.t, I am thinking about maybe just having the prison server but unsure yet and I am looking for a dev to support and help me with my server. if required I could pay but my bdget is very limited and im just looking for help thankyou
