Needing a developer!

Hello, i know there is a lot of people who want tons of money to help someone with the littlest of things. But i have seen a lot of people willing to work for free. So let me tell you about my server, i am making a kitpvp server and it will become successful because i am putting countless hours into making my server perfect. I do not have a spawn built yet but i am working on that as you're reading this. If anybody would be willing to help me out it would be greatly appreciated. But if you work for me, we will be making the server how i want and not how everybody else wants. It needs to be professional and that is where i am going to take it, i just need a developer right now and if i can't find one i can always try to do it myself. You can't guarantee your server will be 'perfect' because you have put countless hours into it, so many people put countless hours, dollars and more into their servers and they fail. Kitpvp is sort of a very bland / generic gamemode, what will be special? If you can't pay for developers how will you pay for other things like hosting and such to keep the server running?
