Needing a Devolper to help make multiple plugins and not be a per project dev

Hello i run an American football minecraft server that has like NFL teams NOT EU Football but we are looking for someone willing to help develop and mange the server with plugins like a auto ref ball gui auto stream and etc. DM on discord at Mega Silver#3068

We aren't looking for a per project but this is paid just more of a monthly pay (we are new so expect crazy money)
