Needing Administrator for Server Network (IlluminatedMC)

Hello, my name is Alex, or ItzOrg! I'm the owner of IlluminatedMC Network. I've been working extremely hard on my servers, and it would help to have a systems administrator. Well, here are the requirements!

1) Person must have Skype.

2) Person must know how to code at least a bit of css and have knowledge of mysql.

3) Person must have a great experience with servers.

4) Person must be able to dedicate at least 3 hours a day to the server's needs.

5) Must be willing to help at times needed.

6) Person must be of age 15 or older.

7) Person must have above adequate grammar.

Now, to truly be accepted, you must be verified by yours truly by an interview. Please leave your skype below if you believe you pass the requirements.

I mean I don't think you know what a admin is, usually admins don't code for your server they mostly fix problems

Yeah, I know. A lot of times you come across minimal coding problems.

My developer only knows Java, and that's not the point.

Then why don't you get another developer for css and have knowledge of mysql.

Well I might be able to help but I don't really know anything about css and mysql but I have experience on other servers and owned my own servers before so if you are interested add me on skype nazoor.yt

I'm open to it. Not sure what'd I'd put in an application thing. Since I don't do applications.
But I have lots of experience with MySQL, owned/managed multiple servers and networks, and am a helpful person.

(I have severe OCD, so grammar is kind of my thing.)
