Needing Advice

I am having a problem with my chat on my server, I use Spigot 1.8.8 and have Pex for permissions and Essentials Chat everything is setup properly it seems but the image that is shown is what I am struggling with because I made the group for Owner and then made a prefix but all prefixes show up as that even if your not op on the server. I've gone through every bit of forum threads that had same problem and tried that but I am missing something I am sure of it just contact me on Discord @ Chewy#4426 , I hope someone doesn't charge me for just one little bit of advice.
