What am I looking for?

I'm looking a couple of builds these are, a waiting lobby similar to the one seen on Kohi AU ( kohi.net.au ) but not exactly the same and a 200x200 map that is a plains, custom trees and no water or tall grass.

What is my budget?

Currently I don't have a set budget but I'm willing to spend a what is required to have some quality builds for my server.
