Needing Developer Experienced with ASkyblock

I'm wanting to add a plethora of custom features to my Skyblock server, so I'm looking to find a developer or development group who I can take my projects to. I am not looking for a singular project to be made, I am looking for a long term developer for my server. We do have a great developer already, but I need someone who can take projects that she doesn't have the time or the experience to complete.

Here's exactly what I'm looking for:

• Highly experienced with a notable amount of completed projects
• Online nearly every day, easy to reach, very responsive. Someone I can actively communicate with.
• Will fix bugs or edit projects until they meet my standards
• As stated in the title, experience or knowledge of ASkyblock! Many of the projects I would bring would be directly related to ASkyblock. (ex: Island prestige system, Secondary creative islands, or anything like that)
• Communicates through Discord or Skype
• No outrageous/unreasonable rates. I will be paying per project/plugin/server modification, and I will certainly pay fairly. Please note that as I said, you will me my go to person whenever I need something done beyond my developer's experience, so this will be a long term resource of income for you.
• Sort of obvious, but fluent in English

If you would like to become a part of our staff team if you come to enjoy playing on this server, that is certainly welcomed. Otherwise, I'm just wanting a freelance developer who will be available whenever needed.
