Needing Floating Faction Spawn 1.8 Revamped/Updated Into 1.19.2

As the title says, I'm looking for someone to edit my 1.8.9 faction server spawn into a 1.19.2 updated one.

What I want:
-Copy and paste the bridges to make all islands connect with each other
-Remove parkour
-Replace current blocks with more updated blocks such as but not limited to, blackstone
-Remove horse statues & maybe replace with pillars to match the overall 'roman' look
-Fix/add trees that could fit the server's theme 'Citrus' (grapefruit, lime, lemon, oranges)
-Will need the following: Alot of NPC spots, /warp shop, /warp crates (Room for 6-8 crates), & /warp pvp (hole leading down to spawn which will have hologram warnings above such hole)
-Will need a MAIN NPC spot to hold the following: faction top, bal top, mcmmo top, duels top?, kill top, quest top?
-Make the build warm, inviting, add a speck of coloring/to keep on theme & also make it practical to go to
-Also have a stage 1,2 and 3 (3 being 30level max enchant) enchanting spot somewhere near spawn

Not looking for build teams.
I have permission from the original owner"s" to edit both faction spawn, and, faction lobby (They're from PMC)

Looking for this to be done within 4-7 days time WITH proof of edits being done.
(Due to 1 person wasting 2 weeks of my time + not answering, and another 1 person wasting 1 week of my time)
