I created this schematic to use in my Worldpainter, it is a schematic file. Once I load it into the 'custom object layer' - http://prntscr.com/dl4szx Works there, but it won't load into the world or the 3D view. - http://prntscr.com/dl4t40 Anyone know how to fix this?

Where did you stand when making the schematic?

Also, this likely mean the schematic itself is the problem. I recommend seeing if you can get the world you built the tree in, then use MCedit or Mineways to make a schematic of it.

The tree is flat on the ground. I did do //copy on TOP of the tree tho would that cause it?

yes, because it uses your player position as a reference point. Worldpainter SHOULD automatically correct it, but it obviously hasn't. Try copying it while standing on the ground near the trunk.
